Our design team has developed our women’s shoes and boots to fit true to size with the same individual size fit across models and styles.

These guidelines should help you determine what size to order from us: As a rule of thumb, if you already have similar styles of shoes (i.e. loafers) or boots (i.e. pointed toe) that fit you comfortably, refer to that size.

It’s also important to understand that one foot is usually slightly larger than the other, and we recommend that you order the size of your larger foot to ensure comfort.

If you have a wide foot, going up a half size should work for you (i.e. if you are a size 8, order 8.5 with us).

If you have a slender foot, going down a half size should work for you (i.e. if you are a size 8, order 7.5 with us).

Note: We don’t currently offer sizes 10.5 or 11.5 in the women’s line.

What is your return policy?

You can return any product that’s unworn and with the original packaging. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the delivery date, as shown on your tracking information. Once we receive the returned item, our quality control department will check it to confirm it is unworn and in perfect condition. Then we’ll send the new product to you, process a refund, or store credit - whatever works best for you. This policy does not apply to worn items or factory seconds products.

How long does it take to process an exchange?

Not very long. With every monthly batch, we produce a small reserve of items to facilitate size and style exchanges. Keep in mind that since our products are made-to-order, the exact same product you ordered initially may not be available. But we’ll do our best to get you the same or similar item. The exchange will be issued three business days after we confirm the returned product is unworn.
